Alacarte its besically cover of restaurants where costumers have huge option to choice any food&bevrage..

Miza-planc for alacarte cover (as consider to one person)
: 1 side plate, side knife
: 1 fish fork, fish knife
: cruet sets
: flower vase
:1 water golbet glass
: napkin (serviette)

Procedure:
:first we have to collect all miza planc on a Selver(tray).
:then we have keep the glass on a guest table.
:then we have to keep cruet sets and bud vase (flower vase) at the center of the table.
:after that we have to keep the side plate at left hand side of the guest.
:then we have to keep fish fork at left and side of the guest and fish knife at right hand side of the guest.
:then lastly arrange all cover like i have done on my vedio.
